In an electric mixer at medium speed beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating until well blended after each addition. Reduce the speed is low, gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth. Stir in peanut butter cup piece of dough with bits of chocolate. Place dough on ungreased sheet, about 1 cm. Bake until the tops are dry and easilyFirm to the touch (they appear as cracks).
