Three of the Easiest BBQ Chicken Wing Recipes

Sweet Garlicky BBQ Chicken Wings
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup Barbecue sauce (your choice)
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 green onions (finely chopped) (optional)
Preparation
Combine brown sugar, barbecue sauce, garlic, and ginger in bowl Place aside. Cut off wing tips. Then cut in half at the joint Bake or grill wings until juices run clear about 25-35 minutes.
Remove wings from oven. Pour sauce over wings and return to oven for 10 more minutes.
Remove wings from oven, let cool, garnish with green onions, and enjoy.

Wing a Ding Ding Barbecue Chicken Wings
Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 drops of worcestershire sauce
4 cups ketchup
1 onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Cut off the small tips of the chicken wings. Separate the remaining wings at the bone joint so you have two meaty sections from each wing.
Mix the ketchup, onion, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce together. Dip the wing sections in the sauce.
Place the wings on a foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. If you have sauce left over, cook in saucepan until thick. Serve with the baked wings.
Note: If preferred, use 3 lb. drumettes instead of whole wings.

Ingredients
