Mint Cookies - Recipe Cream Mint Cookie

I remember when I was a girl scout. I wanted subtle ticks, more than any other cookies that I sell. My mother purchased several boxes for us. Even as an adult, Thin Mints are often the first box I buy. I really like the freeze, so it is harder and sharper. There were years during which year I had very thin Mint cookies, we can all enjoy. 2 2 / 3 cups flour
02:01 cup white sugar
04:03 cup brown sugar
02:01 cup butter softened at room temperature
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon teaspoon baking powder
