How low-fat Apricot Bar Cookies

Is your doctor tells you to return the recommended fat in the diet or more grains for you? If yes, apricot cookie bar recipe, which can do what you need. This recipe is part of the fat replaced by orange juice and there are more than twice as much flour flour. These are simple changes that will be a healthy product, without taste or consistency. APRICOT BARS
1 cup + 2 tablespoons tablespoons flour
02:01 Cup of flour
V. 2.1 teaspoon baking powder
V. 2.1 tsp baking powder
4.1 V. teaspoon salt
1 egg
04:03 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon teaspoon vanilla
2 v. butter tea

Filling:

1 3 / 4 cup dried apricots, chopped
04:03 cup orange juice
04:03 cup water

Cook, stirring, apricots, orange juice and water in a pot of 1 liter. On medium heat,Heat just until boiling. Reduce heat to low cover and cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until apricots are tender and thickens. Cool.

Meanwhile the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch square non-stick spray cooking oil pans, side. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
